What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

Dear sir, I m 32 years old.before fifteen days i am,feeling fever,weekness,headache,full body pain.yesterday i do some blood test and result is total bilirubin level 5.7,direct bilirubin 5.0 and indirect.50and my sgot668 ,sgpt 868.sir please help me reduce the level.hepetitis b & c negative

From the results it appears you most likely have Acute hepatitis. Depending on where you live, commonest cause of Hepatitis can Hepatitis A, not B or C. This often resolves on its own on following certain precautions. However, there are more sinister causes which needs to be ruled out. Hepatitis is serious and major health issue, so I would suggest please see a physician immediately.
